Group programs include:

Grief Support Group
Join us to learn about the impact of grief and meet with others for connection and support. The Grief Support Group meets once a week for 8 sessions and combines a psychoeducational approach and peer support around the experience of grief, the grieving process and coping skills. This is a closed group which requires registration. Participants can self-refer.

Yoga Therapy
This 6-week closed group meets once a week to address the impact of trauma. Facilitators assist clients in developing integrative mind-body techniques to reverse or manage the somatic impact of trauma. Participants require a referral to join this program and are encouraged to be engaged in counselling.

Meditation Group
Join us for 4-8 weekly 1-hour sessions focusing on breathing exercises to decrease stress and promote emotional and physical regulation, body awareness through relaxation exercises and guided visual imagery exercises. No previous experience required, and participants can self-refer.
